A vegetarian sauce that is prepared without tomato, with a fine flavour and a refined taste, thanks to the presence of black truffles. A sauce for important moments, prepared with a quick cooking method so that the vegetables are cooked but tender. Suitable with dry or egg pasta, risottos, gnocchi, spelt, crostini, fish or polenta.
